About the Founder Mr. Kiril Stawrew
After completing his degree in law at Humboldt University in Berlin in 1997 and his legal practice in 2000, Mr. Kiril Stawrew founded the law firm Heldt & Stawrew GbR. From 2005 to 2011 he was a partner in the law firm Polikar & Partner.
Attorney Kiril Stawrew graduated from Humboldt University in Berlin and has been a practicing lawyer in Germany since 2001, registered with the Berlin Bar Association.
Attorney Stawrew is one of 12 lawyers who challenging the ban on the magazine “Compact” by the Federal Ministry of Interior successfully before the Federal Administrative Court of Germany, thereby defending free speech and freedom of the press in Germany.
In addition, Attorney Stawrew, together with Professor Dr. Martin Schwab, is part of the legal team representing singer Julia Neigel. They are challenging two COVID-19 regulations from the state of Saxony before the Higher Saxony Administrative Court.
